Our History
In 2020, two visionaries set out to change the trade and commerce business game and build a company class apart. Mr. Syed Mohammed Yasir (CEO) and Mr. Saket Vyas (MD and COO) have built VERGER Group brick by brick with passion, perseverance, and commitment to serve importers/exporters globally. With more than 30 years of experience, the co-founders’ business ideologies and principles have set them apart and contributed to making VERGER Group a successful reality.
VERGER Group was founded and established in December 2018 as VERGER Customs Consultants. Initially, as consultants and just two employees, we soon headed out to become a SASO notified Certification Body. We set up our first office in Dubai as VERGER Quality and Standardization L.L.C. in September 2020. With a strong passion for quality business, VERGER Group started spreading its wings in Asia and Australia, and by August 2021, we became commercially active in the region. In August 2021, our second office VERGER Global Private Limited, was inaugurated in India.
Having completed five years, VERGER Group continues to stand resolute and unwavering. Our journey is just commencing, with operations now underway in the Netherlands, China, and Egypt, and upcoming ventures on the horizon. Each day presents us with fresh prospects, as we persistently strive to achieve our mission of becoming the world’s most trusted and proficient certification entity in the realm of trade and commerce.
Our Presence
VERGER Global Private Limited and VERGER Quality and Standardization L.L.C. are part of VERGER Group. VERGER Global is an official NABCB (National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies) and a SASO-notified Certification body. We are an ISO-17065 accredited Conformity Assessment body serving in the Middle East and North Africa. We also serve customers globally as an ISO-17020-accredited Inspection Body.
We are into supply chain management with our headquarters in Dubai(U.A.E.) and branches in Saudi Arabia, Noida (India), Utrecht (The Netherlands), Shenzhen (China), and Cairo (Egypt).

The world of trade and commerce is not a straight path, and for the last 20 years that I have been in the industry, every day has come up with its challenges. Building VERGER was not just any business idea but a continuous journey in progress that led to making something I am passionate about. In my experience of working with importers/exporters from around the world, what I realized lacked was authentic information and honest services. Business owners were struggling with import/export, and the issues of quality and safety matters needed attention. When we started, providing reliable information, and trusting services became our anthem. As a founding member of the VERGER community, I find myself in a comfortable place- watching us leverage the platform we have built by serving our clients globally.

The idea behind VERGER Group from the beginning has been to pursue excellence in the quality of imports/exports. My drive and inspiration to build a company in the sector of trade and commerce came from handling core issues in the import/export domain myself. The challenges that importers/exporters face- from understanding the national and international policies to breaking down the complex, not out-in-the-open procedures are no strangers to me. My core reason for tapping into this industry has been to make the import/export journey easier and smoother for customers like you. I am happy to see what we have done over the last couple of years, and the trust I have received from our clients is all we work for day in and day out. I intend to keep my feet on the ground to ensure quality, honesty, and discipline in serving our clients all over the world.
