Relevant Standards: According to amended Byelaws of Cooperative Housing Societies Clause No. 77, the Society shall request a “Structural Audit” of the building in the manner described below:
- once every five years for buildings 15 to 30 years old.
- once every three years for buildings older than 30 years.
